
Provider Sales Network Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Recruit healthcare practices and providers for Vatica Health's service offerings, such as Enhanced Annual Wellness Visits and various clinical services.
• Provide account management for healthcare practices and providers.
• Secure contracts with healthcare practices and providers within the designated geographic area.
• Collaborate with local and national operations and clinical teams to enhance Vatica Health's market presence.
• Interface with provider relationship personnel at Vatica's Health Plan clients.
• Engage practices, from large health systems to local providers, within assigned regions.
• Conduct group, face-to-face, and telephone meetings with physicians and administrators.
• Work alongside health plan clients to analyze, design, develop, and evaluate provider networks.
• Recommend provider engagement strategies to enhance program performance.
• Build and sustain service relationships with physicians and administrators.
• Analyze participation data of practices and physicians to pinpoint network growth opportunities.
• Assess portfolio-wide program performance and formulate improvement strategies with practices.
• Assist in creating marketing materials, messaging, and sales campaigns for programs.
• Stay informed about market trends, best practices, growth, and development in assigned territories.
• Serve as a preceptor for onboarding and training Provider Network Representatives.
• Lead provider engagement and support-related projects as required.
• Over 5 years of experience in a health system or primary care practice.
• More than 5 years of experience in provider engagement and/or sales.
• Demonstrated ability to forge and maintain robust relationships with group practices and providers.
• Experience in sales/network development involving payers, practice managers, and primary care physicians.
• Sales/account management experience with technology platforms catering to enterprise healthcare delivery organizations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com CRM is preferred.
• Exceptional multitasking and prioritization abilities; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in collaborating with internal and external executive leadership.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to make decisions about own work methods, even in ambiguous situations.
• Minimum direction required; seeks guidance when necessary.
• Competence in following established guidelines and procedures.
