Provider Network Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain PHM’s exclusive database of top-tier healthcare providers.

• Enhance PHM’s provider network through thorough research, assessment, and relationship building.

• Assist in technology-driven processes for provider management, insurance verification, and patient access.

• Assess provider credentials and healthcare programs according to PHM’s established evaluation criteria.

• Collaborate with clinical, research, and operations teams to convert provider insights into recommendations for clients.

• Investigate and pinpoint high-quality providers across various medical specialties.

• Assess providers and programs in partnership with clinical and research collaborators.

• Utilize and refine internal tools and workflows to improve provider data accuracy and operational effectiveness.

• Ensure that provider intelligence is readily accessible, precise, and actionable.

• Offer process-improvement suggestions as PHM continues to grow.

• Must be available to work during business hours in the Pacific Time Zone (PST) or Mountain Time Zone (MST).

• Outstanding collaboration and communication abilities among clinical, research, and operations teams.

• Solutions-oriented mindset with the capacity to navigate uncertainty and resolve complex challenges.

• Strong inclination toward technology and process enhancement.

• Self-motivated with robust research and analytical capabilities.

• Proficient in synthesizing information across diverse medical specialties.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Capable of juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-growth setting.

• Previous provider-facing healthcare experience and/or a degree in a healthcare-related field is highly preferred.

• Experience in conducting or overseeing academic and/or clinical research is strongly preferred.

• Previous experience in customer service, concierge, or client relations is a plus.
