Provider Education & Engagement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Plan, organize, and implement provider education and engagement initiatives that enhance Millennium's value-based care strategy.

• Act as the main operational partner to physician and operational leaders in designated regions.

• Organize provider meetings, such as POD meetings, Special PODs, leadership meetings, and provider engagement events.

• Collaborate with physician leaders to formulate agendas, educational resources, and meeting content.

• Attend provider meetings, manage logistics, support presenters, facilitate meeting flow, and document follow-up actions.

• Oversee post-meeting communications and action items.

• Assist with provider-facing organizational integrations, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.

• Manage provider education and engagement activities during integrations.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams on implementation schedules, educational materials, and communication strategies.

• Monitor project milestones and aid in implementation across assigned regions.

• Oversee CME administration and provider education logistics.

• Create presentations, reports, dashboards, SOPs, and provider communications.

• Track provider engagement metrics and generate reports for leadership.

• Suggest operational enhancements based on program performance and provider feedback.

• Demonstrate the ability to set project timelines and priorities that align with organizational objectives.

• Coordinate actions among physician leaders, operational teams, and support departments effectively.

• Identify operational challenges and propose process enhancements.

• Manage workload independently and handle multiple concurrent assignments efficiently.

• Support provider-facing organizational initiatives and integrations within assigned regions.

• Coordinate provider education and engagement activities proficiently.

• Develop agendas, educational resources, meeting content, presentations, reports, dashboards, SOPs, and provider communications.

• Monitor provider engagement metrics and prepare reports for leadership.

• Possess experience or capability in managing CME administration and provider education logistics.
