This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Reach out to provider offices within 24 hours after lunches, breakfasts, or educational events hosted by Territory Managers.
• Present themselves as a committed growth resource and address high-level inquiries regarding solutions and services.
• Assist providers and office personnel in submitting their initial orders.
• Eliminate barriers to adoption and enhance provider confidence in utilizing services.
• Follow up after the first completed order to ensure a second order is secured.
• Perform monthly outreach to active ordering providers to reinforce relationships, comprehend utilization trends, identify growth opportunities, and boost ordering frequency.
• Reach out to inactive or previously lost ordering providers to gain insights into disengagement, recognize barriers, gather market intelligence, and reactivate accounts.
• Partner with Territory Managers on provider feedback, educational opportunities, account-specific growth strategies, and transitions from initial engagement to sustained utilization.
• Activate providers, foster repeat ordering behavior, enhance utilization, and strengthen relationships with providers.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 2-4 years of experience in customer experience or sales support in home medical equipment, respiratory, or sleep diagnostic settings.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals and office staff.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, alongside a professional, customer-centric approach.
• Proficient at navigating various systems and platforms swiftly and accurately.
• Resourceful, accountable, and proactive in addressing challenges and following through.
• Familiarity with DME operations, healthcare workflows, or similar fields is preferred but not essential.
