This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Reach out to provider offices within 24 hours after lunches, breakfasts, or educational events organized by Territory Managers.
• Present themselves as a committed growth resource and address high-level inquiries regarding solutions and services.
• Assist providers and office personnel in the process of submitting their initial order.
• Eliminate adoption obstacles and enhance provider confidence in utilizing services.
• Follow up after the first order is completed to evaluate the process and secure a subsequent order.
• Conduct monthly outreach to providers who are actively placing orders.
• Cultivate provider relationships while gaining insights into utilization trends and potential growth areas.
• Identify additional providers or locations that could benefit from the services offered.
• Enhance ordering frequency and promote account expansion.
• Reach out to inactive or lost ordering providers to understand reasons for disengagement and any service barriers.
• Collect market intelligence and insights on competitors.
• Create strategies to re-engage and reactivate accounts.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to provide feedback from providers, identify educational opportunities, and develop account-specific growth strategies.
• Ensure a smooth transition from initial engagement to ongoing service utilization.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in customer experience or sales support within the home medical equipment, respiratory, or sleep diagnostic fields.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals and office staff.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, alongside a professional, customer-oriented demeanor.
• Proficient in navigating multiple systems and platforms efficiently and accurately.
• Resourceful, accountable, and proactive in addressing challenges and ensuring follow-through.
• Familiarity with DME operations, healthcare workflows, or related fields is preferred but not essential.
