This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Delivers compensation consulting services to Operations, Finance, Human Resources, providers, and other internal stakeholders regarding provider compensation issues.
• Assists in the development of specialty compensation models, provider productivity analysis and forecasting, data analysis, provider contract management, and survey benchmarking.
• Engages in activities to verify Fair Market Value (FMV) and Commercial Reasonableness.
• Offers recommendations that promote competitive and legally compliant compensation practices.
• Collaborates with operational leaders to evaluate the Commercial Reasonableness of provider compensation practices.
• Gathers benchmarking and pertinent data to create informed recommendations.
• Updates provider workbooks by reviewing contracts and working closely with operational leaders.
• Conducts quality assurance reviews of provider compensation data and reporting.
• Works alongside contracted appraisers/consultants for FMV evaluations.
• Provides updates on provider compensation action items during regular Service Line and Department meetings.
• Requests contracts and amendments as instructed.
• Maintains and audits databases and payroll systems for provider compensation, FTE allocations, productivity, and associated information.
• Assists with departmental provider compensation processes and administrative tasks.
• Undertakes additional duties as assigned.
• At least one year of experience in compensation, provider compensation, finance, data analytics, or a related field is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, forecasting, and data analysis methodologies.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to sit and utilize arms and hands consistently (67-100% of the workday).
• Capability to stand, walk, bend, and squat occasionally (0-33% of the workday).
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 10 lbs.
• Proficient auditory and visual skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
