Proposals Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +39 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee all stages of the PBM proposal process

• Format proposals to align with internal marketing standards

• Address RFP inquiries utilizing a database of content reviewed by subject matter experts

• Coordinate, participate in, and facilitate strategy discussions with key stakeholders throughout the organization

• Tailor and adjust responses to produce client-specific content

• Develop timelines and ensure deadlines for RFP milestones are achieved

• Prepare and evaluate final documents

• Submit proposals in accordance with client-imposed deadlines

• Enhance understanding of PBM services and sales tactics

• Employ critical thinking for each proposal

• Proactively oversee assigned projects and take ownership of decisions and actions

⛳️ Requirements

• 0-2 years of professional experience

• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office applications in a professional setting

• Proven ability to manage and organize projects from inception to completion

• Experience in proposal or project management is highly preferred

• Knowledge of Medicare Part D, including EGWP, MADP, and PDP plans, is advantageous

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Familiarity with Qvidian and Salesforce software is a plus

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Health Care, Business, or a related field is preferred

• Equivalent experience may be taken into account

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment while maintaining quality and precision

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to juggle multiple complex projects simultaneously

• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
