Proposal Writer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create, curate, and sustain high-quality proposal content and supporting materials for Oracle Cloud solutions.

• Ensure that all content meets accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client specifications.

• Collaborate closely with the capture management team to develop, enhance, and present current proposal and oral presentation materials, including Oracle Cloud content and diagrams.

• Customize proposal content to align with specific opportunities.

• Collaborate with delivery teams to define and draft content for new Oracle Cloud services and distinctive solutions for upcoming proposals.

• Ensure that proposal content and graphics adhere to established review processes and internal checkpoints.

• Uphold high standards for the quality and organization of proposal content.

• Organize and maintain all proposal content in an accessible manner within Microsoft Teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in content management, proposal writing, or technical sales writing roles.

• Direct experience in Technical Writing specifically for Oracle Cloud is essential.

• Proven experience in writing SaaS proposals or hands-on experience as a SaaS implementor is mandatory.

• Experience in writing proposals for State, Local Government, Higher Education, or Federal clients is highly preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong focus on writing.

• Comprehensive understanding of the SaaS industry and its terminology.

• Preferred familiarity with HCM and ERP systems, particularly within the public sector and specifically Oracle Cloud.

• Outstanding written English skills, with proven capabilities in proofreading, editing, and crafting persuasive technical sales content, including for Oracle Cloud solutions.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

• Familiarity with proposal automation tools, AI-driven solutions, and content databases.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple deadlines and priorities.
