Scriptwriter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Generate ideas, synopses, episode outlines, and scripts for AI vertical films

• Craft dynamic narratives featuring strong hooks, cliffhangers, and paywall moments

• Develop characters, romantic plotlines, and story arcs

• Adapt scripts for a short vertical format and AI production

• Utilize ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools for script development and enhancement

• Analyze feedback and release outcomes, quickly revising stories as needed

• Collaborate with the Showrunner and Content team to develop new formats

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in screenwriting, creative writing, or other storytelling content

• Strong understanding of dramaturgy: conflict, motivation, character arc, tension, hooks, and cliffhangers

• Ability to write emotional, dynamic, and audience-friendly stories

• Interest in vertical series/microdrama and a desire to grow in AI content

• Experience with AI tools or a willingness to actively utilize them

• Proficiency in English sufficient for writing and editing scripts

• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Google Docs/Sheets, Notion

• Experience in writing vertical dramas, series, romantic stories, or web novels is a plus

• Understanding of genres such as romance, dark romance, fantasy, billionaire, mafia, werewolf, etc., is a plus

• Experience creating content for international, particularly American, audiences is a plus

• Knowledge of the impact of retention and viewer behavior on dramaturgy is a plus
