Proposal Manager – Federal Small Business

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Daily monitoring of SAM.gov and additional sources for small business and 8(a) set-aside opportunities.

• Quickly assess which opportunities to pursue and formulate compliant, competitive proposals.

• Efficiently produce straightforward proposals within one to two days while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Develop and maintain a repository of reusable content, including past performance narratives, resumes, and pricing templates.

• Collaborate with recruiting to ensure qualified personnel are available for staffing-related bids.

• Utilize AI tools to draft, verify compliance, and customize responses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in writing or managing federal proposals.

• Familiarity with the FAR, including Sections L and M, as well as set-aside regulations.

• Demonstrated ability to write clearly and rapidly with a keen focus on compliance details.

• Proficient with AI writing tools or a strong desire to learn and master them.

• Ability to handle a high volume of work: you enjoy delivering and understand that not every bid needs to be flawless.
