Manager, Proposal Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee global operations for Proposal Services

• Manage the implementation of Proposal Services expansion strategies across various global regions

• Address regional workflows, language needs, compliance issues, staffing, and offshore resource requirements

• Establish and uphold quality control measures for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, cost proposals, and other Tier 1 deliverables

• Act as the escalation point for any quality, consistency, and delivery challenges

• Collaborate with sales leadership to align priorities with pipeline demands

• Identify opportunities to enhance proposal support and provide operational recommendations

• Lead the adoption and ongoing enhancement of AI, automation, and approved technologies throughout the proposal lifecycle

• Monitor technology adoption, quality, efficiency, and outcomes related to time savings

• Define and implement departmental benchmarks, protocols, and objectives

• Hold direct reports accountable for performance standards and deliver constructive feedback

• Mentor and develop team members while nurturing future leaders

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Generally 5–7 years of relevant experience, including up to 2 years in a leadership role

• Extensive experience in Proposal Services, sales enablement, or a similar revenue-support function

• Demonstrated responsibility for the quality of deliverables

• Proven success in managing and leading distributed or offshore global teams

• Practical experience in implementing AI or automation within business processes and measuring adoption, quality, efficiency, or time-saving results

• Experience in developing, reporting, and presenting functional or departmental KPIs and operational recommendations to senior leadership

• Experience in supporting enterprise software or SaaS sales environments

• Familiarity with RFP management platforms, such as Responsive/RFPIO or similar tools

• Established track record of enhancing team capacity through process redesign and technology adoption

• Experience in managing cross-functional, global stakeholder relationships with influence and credibility

• Strong project management abilities

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
