Proposal Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Configure, maintain, and enhance the Qvidian Proposal Automation platform.

• Provide support throughout the entire lifecycle of commercial proposals, RFP responses, and bidding processes.

• Ensure that content, workflows, and automation rules facilitate an efficient and compliant proposal process.

• Collaborate closely with proposal management and bid teams.

• Optimize and oversee the proposal management ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in developing solutions on the Qvidian Proposal Automation platform.

• Strong understanding of proposal management, which includes RFP response management, proposal lifecycle management, and bid management.

• Technical expertise in Qvidian.

• Experience with workspace administration.

• Proficient in content management.

• Skilled in workflow configuration, including assignment workflows.

• Knowledge of AutoFill configuration.

• Familiarity with Statement of Work (SOW) management is an advantage.

• Experience with security questionnaires and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) is a plus.

• Understanding of proposal approval workflows and governance is beneficial.

• Experience with AI-assisted proposal generation is an advantage.
