Property Manager – Short-Term Rental Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management.

• Plan operations and manage service providers.

• Oversee maintenance and uphold quality standards.

• Optimize occupancy rates and pricing strategies.

• Manage the guest experience from beginning to end.

• Gradually expand the portfolio of managed properties.

• Operate the business through the ALB platform.

• Delegate management of the property portfolio to the ALB network during absences.

• Recruit City Managers under your sponsorship if desired, and earn commissions based on their activities.
