This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary contact for physicians and advanced practice providers from the moment of contract signing until their initial scheduled shift.
• Familiarize clinicians with Sevaro's culture, expectations, communication protocols, and on-shift experience.
• Monitor onboarding progress, follow up on any pending requirements, identify delays, and facilitate resolutions.
• Provide training to clinicians on Synapse, clinical shift workflows, and site-specific stroke and consultation procedures.
• Ensure comprehension of workflows, escalation protocols, documentation standards, and hospital-specific expectations.
• Oversee system access, conduct login tests, and perform final readiness evaluations.
• Create and maintain training manuals, workflow documents, and quick-reference materials.
• Assist with credentialing and licensing applications, documentation, progress tracking, and communications.
• Serve as a liaison between clinicians, credentialing, licensing, IT, operations, quality, hospital relations, hospitals, and clients.
• Address urgent concerns and ensure they are resolved effectively.
• Manage scheduling for over 80 physicians nationwide, taking into account contracts, credentials, availability, hospital approvals, and shift volume.
• Keep track of missing or uncovered shifts, coordinate coverage, and implement emergency scheduling adjustments.
• Communicate schedules, changes, open shifts, and coverage requirements to physicians.
• Analyze scheduling patterns and volume to ensure adequate coverage across hospital sites.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for onboarding completion, scheduling readiness, physician satisfaction, and shift coverage.
• Aim to finalize physician onboarding within seven days after credentials and system access are granted.
• Evaluate data, develop action plans, enhance workflows, and report on progress, risks, needs, and outcomes to leadership.
• Prior leadership or management experience, ideally within healthcare operations, physician relations, staffing, scheduling, onboarding, or a related domain.
• Proven ability to lead processes, manage competing priorities, and hold team members and stakeholders accountable.
• Experience in managing intricate schedules, staffing needs, or operational workflows.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and sustaining positive relationships with physicians.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and project-management capabilities.
• Good judgment and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for managing conflict and resolving urgent matters.
• Experience in cross-departmental collaboration and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data, recognize trends, and make informed operational decisions.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling, communication, or workflow management systems.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting and respond to urgent scheduling needs as required.
