Property Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Address inquiries from tenants, property owners, and vendors through phone, email, and text communication.

• Assist in the lease renewal process and facilitate communication between tenants and property owners.

• Monitor rent payments, send reminders, and follow up with tenants who are behind on payments.

• Oversee maintenance requests from submission to resolution.

• Aid in property turnovers by coordinating with vendors, conducting inspections, and ensuring unit readiness.

• Perform pricing comparisons and contribute to market analysis to inform leasing strategies.

• Keep tenant and property records updated in AppFolio and Google Sheets.

• Generate and analyze reports concerning maintenance, turnovers, and tenant satisfaction levels.

• Adhere to company processes, policies, and compliance regulations.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.

• Must be highly responsive, demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Possess high integrity and demonstrate consistent, reliable performance.

• Strong organizational and time management skills are required.

• Tech-savvy individual with the capability to quickly learn new tools and systems.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining a customer-first attitude.

• Familiarity with lease agreements and basic real estate processes is preferred.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home office environment.

• Previous experience in property management or real estate is advantageous.

• Familiarity with AppFolio, Lead Simple, Gmail, and Google Sheets is preferred.
