Property Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management.

• Plan operations and oversee service providers.

• Supervise maintenance and ensure quality standards.

• Enhance occupancy rates and adjust pricing strategies.

• Manage the guest experience from beginning to end.

• Gradually expand the portfolio of properties under management.

• Operate the business via the ALB platform.

• Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions based on their activities.

• Must operate as an independent contractor or freelancer.

• Ability to persuade property owners and establish trust.

• Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.

• Willingness to develop a long-term, recurring income stream.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or related fields is advantageous.
