• Establish and cultivate your local network

• Arrange property viewings

• Negotiate solely in the best interests of your clients

• Assist clients through to the signing process

• Operate independently within a defined structure

• Focus exclusively on working with buyers

• Real estate expert aiming to transition into buyer representation, or a seasoned sales professional

• At ease working with a demanding clientele

• Strong understanding of the Annecy property market

• Client-focused, meticulous, and driven

• Possession of commercial agent status
