Property Estimate & Repair Verification Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Ensure uniformity in estimating practices for the Good Hands Repair Network (GHRN).

• Guarantee adherence to industry standards and regulations.

• Conduct virtual desk reviews and collaborate on vendor repair estimates and assigned claims.

• Investigate and address customer escalations, communications, concerns, conflicts, and issues.

• Assist Claims and Vendor Management Teams while following up on customer requirements.

• Maintain relationships with GHRN to fulfill shared customer and Claims Team needs.

• Develop, oversee, and audit partnerships with GHRN vendors.

• Track network trends and pinpoint opportunities for guideline and program enhancements.

• Engage in calibration activities with Claims and Vendor Management.

• Work with leadership to discuss file review outcomes and trends.

• Offer insights on estimate review and reinspection outcomes to ensure compliance with Allstate guidelines, procedures, and industry regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in the Verisk suite of products: Xactanalysis, Xactimate, etc.

• Experience in insurance, property claims, and property insurance.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with estimating best practices and compliance in process documentation.

• Knowledge of industry regulations.

• Capability to conduct virtual repair estimate reviews and reinspections.

• Ability to assist Claims and Vendor Management Teams with escalations and complex estimates.

• Proficient in developing, managing, and auditing relationships with GHRN vendors.
