Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Representative – Non-Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +33 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage and respond to all incoming and outgoing customer inquiries with care.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to customer needs.

• Handle confidential customer information with the utmost sensitivity.

• Strive to resolve customer issues on the first call by providing proactive, patient, empathetic, and understanding service.

• Communicate effectively with customers while exercising retention strategies when necessary.

• Recognize comparison-shopping customers and assist them in selecting the appropriate price plan.

• Compassionately address sensitive situations related to healthcare needs, education, and prevention planning.

• Utilize web-based tools to manage inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Capability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute.

• Comfortable working with desktop computer systems.

• Basic understanding of Windows-based systems.

• A dedicated workspace close to the router for a hardwired Ethernet connection.

• Minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads.

• ISP latency under 50ms.

• Internet connection must not be through Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN.

• Proof of internet speed is required.

• Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.

• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
