This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist customers through phone and email regarding new policy quotes and billing questions.

• Handle endorsements, cancellations, and updates to coverage.

• Address underwriting inquiries and clarify insurance protection to clients.

• Ensure that transactions adhere to industry regulations and internal quality guidelines.

• Complete up to 64 hours of compensated pre-licensing training.

• Successfully pass the state exam to move into the licensed phase.

• Work remotely with equipment supplied by the employer and a wired Ethernet connection.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in customer service is essential.

• Call center experience is advantageous.

• Must be able to pass a background check.

• Dedication to completing the full 8-week training schedule is required.

• Must be available to take the state exam in the greater Houston, Texas area.

• A wired internet connection must be installed directly in the home (cable, fiber-optic, or DSL).

• A direct Ethernet connection is required from the Qualfon computer to the home router or modem.

• Wi-Fi, wireless-only internet, cellular/mobile hotspots, fixed wireless, satellite internet, Wi-Fi extenders, mesh systems, and boosters are prohibited.

• Proof of internet service provider and service is mandatory upon hiring.

• Capability to assist customers with insurance quotes, policy modifications, billing concerns, and coverage updates.

• Precision in managing legal documents and applications is crucial.
