Promotional Marketing Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as a representative for i9 Sports at various community events such as fall festivals, trunk-or-treats, fairs, vendor booths, and more.

• Engage with children aged 3–10 and their parents.

• Respond to inquiries and provide detailed explanations of i9 Sports programs.

• Accurately gather and document parent contact information.

• Complete registrations immediately when parents are prepared to enroll.

• Take part in spontaneous promotional event opportunities.

• Represent the organization with enthusiasm, precision, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Background in or a passion for engaging with children aged 3–10 and their parents.

• Capability to maintain focus while accurately collecting parent contact details.

• Ability to register families on-site promptly.

• Competence in adhering to a structured plan and process.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Willingness to adapt to last-minute event opportunities.

• Openness to undergoing a background screening.

• Marketing experience: applicants are asked to indicate None, 1–3 years, or 4+ years.
