Promotional Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients to comprehend their objectives and support the development of visually impactful creative solutions.

• Collaborate closely with clients to incorporate branding into partner-brand aspirations.

• Design logos and original artwork, along with producing pre-production graphics.

• Implement brand guidelines to ensure visual coherence and edit images to improve overall aesthetics.

• Participate in typesetting and layout design tasks.

• Create website mockups featuring engaging visuals.

• Develop item templates and recreate items based on specifications and photos.

• Uphold brand standards while exploring innovative creative opportunities.

• Review final designs and recommend enhancements as needed.

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their ideas and manage their expectations effectively.

• Execute ad hoc tasks that align with the responsibilities of the role.

• Begin with a 3-month contingent contract, with the possibility of client partnership, followed by a 6-month probationary period and potential transition to a full-time position.

• A robust portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills and creativity across multiple mediums.

• Ability to both provide and accept constructive feedback.

• Strong grasp of design principles, visual composition, and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

• Proven time management skills with the capacity to meet deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.

• 1-3 years of demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.

• Proficient verbal, written, and English communication skills.

• Willingness to work overnight/graveyard shifts aligned with Philippine time or within US business hours.

• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.

• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign.

• Familiarity with marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively while adhering to stringent deadlines.

• A passion for design and a discerning eye for aesthetics, trends, and innovation in the graphic design industry.
