Digital Design Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Generate innovative concepts, visual designs, and layouts for a diverse array of advertising projects in response to client specifications

• Design attractive banner and video advertisements utilizing designated design software and tools

• Ensure that visual materials adhere to brand standards and uphold a uniform brand identity

• Edit and enhance images, performing tasks such as color correction, cropping, and optimization for various platforms

• Integrate feedback and modify designs according to input from clients or team members

• Oversee multiple design projects concurrently, adhering to deadlines while delivering superior quality work

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to grasp design objectives and project specifications

• Utilize tools like Canva and TheBrief to efficiently create ad content

• Organize daily tasks and deadlines through Asana, ensuring punctual delivery

• Stay informed about design trends, new technologies, and industry best practices

• Accomplish up to 120 creative assignments monthly

• Perform other duties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or a related creative discipline

• A bachelor's degree in a pertinent field is preferred

• A robust portfolio showcasing graphic design proficiency is mandatory; experience with animated banners or video projects is highly desirable

• Familiarity with graphic design or animation software such as Canva, TheBrief, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, or comparable editing tools

• Skill in creating and editing videos with industry-standard software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing programs

• Proficient in copywriting and proofreading, including headline and script development, clear sentence construction, grammatical accuracy, and appropriate pronunciation for video voice-overs

• Proven capability to mentor colleagues and contribute to a cooperative team atmosphere

• Ability to manage tasks independently using tools like Asana or other project management platforms

• A collaborative mindset and effective communication skills when engaging with internal teams

• Experience with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) such as Simpli.fi is an advantage
