Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create visually striking assets that align with QBD’s brand identity.

• Ensure uniformity in colour, typography, layout, and adherence to brand guidelines.

• Assist in the advancement and enhancement of QBD’s visual identity.

• Design digital marketing materials such as EDMs, promotional banners, social media tiles, and online advertisements.

• Produce print-ready materials including posters, brochures, table talkers, shelf talkers, and in-store displays.

• Develop campaign kits for national promotions and brand-driven storytelling.

• Design signage, navigation aids, seasonal displays, and specialized in-store visuals for over 91 QBD stores.

• Aid store teams with wayfinding, display toppers, fixture concepts, and local event materials.

• Create homepage banners, promotional tiles, category graphics, and book feature images for the company website.

• Produce assets for the Education department, including flyers, school event materials, visuals for reading programs, book fair banners, and curriculum-aligned content.

• Assist the Brand Manager with press kits, influencer mailers, event signage, and media materials.

• Develop presentation visuals, templates, and branded documents.

• Collaborate with publishers to source and format author imagery and book visuals.

• Manage asset libraries, design systems, naming conventions, and file organization.

• Prepare artwork for print and coordinate with printers to ensure accuracy in production.

• Deliver creative work within set deadlines and adhere to approval procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a graphic designer in retail, publishing, media, agency, or similar creative fields.

• High-level expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Experience in producing both digital and print creative materials.

• Keen eye for detail, layout, composition, and brand consistency.

• Ability to interpret briefs and transform ideas into effective visual solutions.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple deadlines.
