Promoter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Promote and sell skincare products while providing exceptional customer service at various points of sale.

• Draw in and engage new customers through effective appointment management and in-cabin facial services.

• Offer tailored product recommendations for both skincare and fragrance categories.

• Perform personalized skin diagnostics for customers.

• Meet the weekly sales targets established for each promotional campaign.

• Organize and oversee promotional events and agendas in collaboration with B2B clients.

• Conduct product demonstrations and connect with customers through beauty treatments.

• Create and produce promotional materials to showcase the company's products and services.

• Partner with the Trade Marketing department to devise and implement impactful promotional strategies.

• Collaborate with the Sales department to conduct market analysis and report on product availability and merchandising.

• Serve as a cross-functional liaison between departments to ensure alignment with business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.

• Full availability for travel (approximately 90% of the time) throughout Spain.

• Demonstrated capability to create and deliver successful promotional sessions.

• Experience in product demonstrations and providing in-cabin treatments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.

• In-depth knowledge and strong interpersonal skills.

• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (experience in cosmetics is a plus).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales training and product promotion within the luxury cosmetics sector.

• Certification as a beauty therapist is an advantage.
