This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Assume project or sub-project leadership responsibilities

• Lead companies and specialized planners involved in construction

• Assist in the acquisition of new contracts

• Design and plan projects, including local construction management

• Conduct negotiations with authorities

• Ensure a smooth project flow to the satisfaction of the client

• Monitor workflows regarding schedules, costs, and quality

• Independently create timelines, cost estimates, and specifications

• Handle tendering and award processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional experience as a project and construction manager

• Strong technical understanding

• Solid knowledge in civil engineering and structural engineering

• Proficiency in MS Office, BauPlus, Allplan, and Cadwork

• Independent, communicative, and assertive personality

• Structured and meticulous working style

• Proficiency in German is required, with excellent German language skills

• English language skills are an advantage

• Driving license category B is required

• 1 year of project management experience is desirable

• Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma HF or equivalent is required

• Willingness to commute to 6403 Küssnacht, SZ or to relocate before starting the position is desirable
