Project/Product Manager – Digital Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Plan, oversee, and track project execution to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.

• Drive comprehensive project lifecycle management by utilizing suitable delivery methodologies and best practices.

• Lead initiatives that involve multiple business units and internal teams across various functions.

• Align both business and technology stakeholders with project objectives, scope, and anticipated results.

• Identify opportunities for optimizing processes, implementing automation, and adopting AI technologies.

• Proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and issues.

• Ensure clear communication and reporting to all stakeholders.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivery metrics, taking corrective actions as necessary.

• Maintain organized project documentation using advanced AI-assisted techniques.

• Assist delivery teams with resource planning, onboarding, and collaborative efforts.

• Advocate for project management best practices and ongoing process enhancement.

• Serve as a trusted partner for internal stakeholders, proposing initiatives that deliver value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in project or product management.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.

• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional or organizational transformation projects.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

• Strong leadership, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working in enterprise settings with multiple stakeholders and concurrent initiatives.

• Strong skills in risk management and prioritization.

• Understanding of contemporary technologies, system integrations, and automation techniques.

• Experience collaborating with technical teams and overseeing IT-related projects.

• Awareness of AI capabilities and a willingness to integrate AI into workflows.

• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
