Project/Product Manager – Digital Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Plan, oversee, and track project execution to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.

• Facilitate the comprehensive management of the project lifecycle by employing suitable delivery methodologies and best practices.

• Lead initiatives that involve various business units and internal teams across functions.

• Align both business and technology stakeholders with project objectives, scope, and anticipated outcomes.

• Identify avenues for process enhancement, automation, and the integration of AI technologies.

• Proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and issues.

• Ensure clear communication and reporting to all stakeholders.

• Track KPIs and delivery metrics, initiating corrective actions when necessary.

• Maintain organized project documentation leveraging modern AI-assisted techniques.

• Assist delivery teams with resource allocation, onboarding, and collaborative activities.

• Advocate for project management best practices and promote continuous improvement in processes.

• Serve as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders, proposing initiatives that provide value.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in project or product management.

• Strong grasp of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.

• Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional or organizational transformation efforts.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Strong skills in leadership, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving.

• Experience in enterprise settings with multiple stakeholders and concurrent initiatives.

• Proficient in risk management and prioritization techniques.

• Knowledge of contemporary technologies, system integrations, and automation strategies.

• Experience working with technical teams and managing IT-related projects.

• Familiarity with AI capabilities and a willingness to incorporate AI into workflows.

• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
