This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia, +4 more countries.
• Develop and manage project timelines using MS Project or similar tools, ensuring updates are documented and distributed.
• Organize internal and external meetings; create and circulate agendas and minutes; archive records in the Trial Master File.
• Keep track of study milestone dates, contact lists, enrollment projections, and helpdesk remediation in CTMS.
• Prepare, assign, document, and supervise study-specific training and associated records.
• Set up SharePoint study sites and manage appropriate access permissions.
• Establish project-specific email accounts and oversee access management.
• Control user access to study systems and document regular access reviews.
• Procure study supplies and initial study binders; prepare and dispatch the binders.
• Maintain study trackers as directed by project leadership.
• Communicate with study sites, investigators, sponsors, and other stakeholders, including SUSARs, email notifications, and newsletters.
• Assist in the distribution and tracking of IND Safety Reports, SUSARs, and CIOMS.
• Aid in the translation of site-level documents in accordance with local and regional standards.
• Act as a primary contact for project-related inquiries.
• Assist in the preparation, distribution, and reconciliation of study materials.
• Contribute to the production of study reports and updates.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by project leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a business, scientific, or healthcare field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English at a professional level.
• Familiarity with ICH-GCP, Precision SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
• Customer service-oriented attitude, adaptability, teamwork, strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and capability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
