This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +4 more countries.
• Develop and manage project timelines using MS Project or similar tools; document and disseminate updates.
• Organize internal and external meetings, prepare and distribute agendas, and take and archive minutes in the Trial Master File.
• Maintain study milestone dates, contact lists, enrollment projections, and helpdesk resolutions in the CTMS.
• Prepare, assign, document, and oversee training records specific to the study; identify and escalate any training deficiencies.
• Set up study-level SharePoint sites or equivalent collaborative workspaces and manage user access.
• Create project-specific email accounts and oversee access management.
• Manage user access to study systems and document periodic access assessments.
• Procure study supplies and address related queries.
• Order, prepare, compile, and dispatch study binders.
• Maintain study trackers as directed by project leadership.
• Communicate with study sites, investigators, and other stakeholders, including sending SUSARs, email blasts, and newsletters.
• Assist in the distribution and tracking of IND Safety Reports/SUSARs/CIOMS.
• Aid in the translation of site-level documents in accordance with local and regional standards.
• Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries.
• Support the preparation, distribution, and reconciliation of study materials.
• Assist in the production of study reports and updates.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by project leadership.
• A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a business, scientific, or healthcare field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist, or a comparable role.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Professional proficiency).
• Familiarity with ICH-GCP, Precision SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong customer service orientation; adaptable, collaborative, and highly attentive to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Highly self-motivated; detail-oriented; capable of working and planning both independently and within a team setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
