This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary, +4 more countries.
• Develop and manage project timelines using MS Project or similar tools; document and disseminate updates.
• Organize internal and external meetings; prepare and distribute agendas and minutes; archive records in the Trial Master File.
• Oversee study milestone dates, maintain contact lists, track enrolment projections, and handle helpdesk tickets within the CTMS.
• Prepare, assign, document, and supervise study-specific training and its associated records.
• Set up and manage study-level SharePoint sites and access permissions.
• Create project-specific email accounts and maintain access controls.
• Regulate user access to study systems and document periodic access audits.
• Procure study supplies and respond to related inquiries.
• Order, prepare, compile, and dispatch initial study binders.
• Maintain study trackers as directed by project leadership.
• Communicate with study sites, investigators, and other stakeholders, including sending SUSARs, email updates, and newsletters.
• Assist in the distribution and monitoring of IND Safety Reports, SUSARs, and CIOMS.
• Facilitate the translation of site-level documents according to local and regional standards.
• Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries.
• Aid in the preparation, distribution, and reconciliation of study materials.
• Contribute to the production of study reports and updates.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by project leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a business, scientific, or healthcare field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English (Professional level).
• Familiarity with ICH-GCP, Precision SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
• Customer service-oriented demeanor; flexibility, teamwork, and a strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• High self-motivation with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
