This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia, +4 more countries.
• Develop and sustain project timelines using MS Project or similar platforms; document and disseminate updates.
• Organize internal and external meetings, prepare and distribute agendas, and record and archive meeting minutes in the Trial Master File.
• Keep track of study milestone dates, contact lists, enrollment forecasts, and helpdesk inquiries in the CTMS.
• Prepare, assign, document, and monitor study-specific training records; recognize and report training deficiencies.
• Create and oversee study-level SharePoint sites and manage access permissions.
• Establish project-specific email accounts and control access.
• Manage user access to study systems and document routine access reviews.
• Procure study supplies and address related inquiries.
• Order, prepare, assemble, and dispatch initial study binders.
• Maintain study trackers as instructed by project leadership.
• Communicate with study sites, investigators, sponsors, and others, including SUSARs, email communications, and newsletters.
• Assist in the distribution and monitoring of IND Safety Reports/SUSARs/CIOMS.
• Aid in the translation of site-level documents according to local and regional standards.
• Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries.
• Assist in the preparation, distribution, and reconciliation of study materials.
• Contribute to the production of study reports and updates.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by project leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a business, scientific, or healthcare field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to communicate proficiently in both spoken and written English in a professional context.
• Familiarity with ICH-GCP, Precision SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong customer service orientation; adaptability, teamwork, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• High level of self-motivation with the ability to work and plan effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Dedication to conducting work in a manner consistent with Precision Principles.
