This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +4 more countries.
• Develop and update project timelines using MS Project or comparable tools, ensuring documentation and distribution of updates.
• Organize internal and external meetings, prepare and share agendas, take minutes, and archive records in the Trial Master File.
• Track study milestone dates, maintain contact lists, enrollment forecasts, and helpdesk tickets within the CTMS.
• Prepare, allocate, document, and manage study-specific training and related records.
• Set up study-level SharePoint sites or equivalent collaborative spaces and oversee access management.
• Create project-specific email accounts and ensure appropriate access levels are maintained.
• Administer user access to study systems and conduct regular access reviews.
• Procure study supplies and handle associated inquiries.
• Order, prepare, compile, and dispatch initial study binders.
• Maintain study trackers as instructed by project leadership.
• Facilitate communications with study sites, investigators, and other stakeholders, including SUSARs, email blasts, and newsletters.
• Assist in the distribution and tracking of IND Safety Reports/SUSARs/CIOMS.
• Aid in the translation of site-level documents in accordance with local and regional standards.
• Serve as a contact point for project-related inquiries from team members, sponsors, and third-party vendors.
• Support the preparation, distribution, and reconciliation of study materials.
• Assist in the generation of study reports and updates.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by project leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a business, scientific, or healthcare field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Professional-level verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with ICH-GCP, Precision SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong customer service orientation, adaptability, teamwork, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities.
• High self-motivation with the capability to work and plan both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Dedication to performing professionally in alignment with Precision Principles.
