This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary, +4 more countries.
• Develop and manage project timelines using MS Project or similar tools; capture, document, and disseminate updates.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings; prepare and distribute agendas and minutes; organize records in the Trial Master File.
• Oversee Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) study milestones, contact lists, enrollment forecasts, and assist with helpdesk issues.
• Organize, assign, document, and supervise study-specific training and training records; pinpoint and escalate any gaps.
• Create and manage study SharePoint sites or equivalent shared workspaces and access.
• Establish project-specific email accounts and maintain appropriate access permissions.
• Control user access to study systems and document periodic access assessments.
• Procure study materials and initial study binders; prepare and dispatch binders.
• Maintain study trackers as directed by project leadership.
• Communicate with study sites, investigators, and other stakeholders, including SUSARs, email notifications, and newsletters.
• Assist in the distribution and monitoring of IND Safety Reports/SUSARs/CIOMS.
• Aid in translating site-level documents to meet local and regional standards.
• Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries from team members, sponsors, and external vendors.
• Assist in the preparation, distribution, and reconciliation of study materials.
• Contribute to the production of study reports and updates.
• Execute other responsibilities assigned by project leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a business, scientific, or healthcare field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English at a professional level.
• Familiarity with ICH-GCP, Precision SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
• Customer service-oriented attitude; adaptability, teamwork, and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• High level of self-motivation; capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
