This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all supply chain management activities within the designated project scope, which includes equipment and spare parts for BOP, HRSG, and MSD.
• Establish and apply the project-specific sourcing and procurement strategy in accordance with contract stipulations and sourcing and financing limitations.
• Ensure a seamless transition of the supply chain responsibilities from the tender phase to project execution.
• Evaluate and refine the purchasing strategy along with the project-specific sourcing plan in collaboration with the PTM.
• Align the purchasing strategy with commodity strategies and sanctioned supplier panels.
• Confirm procurement budgets with the Project Finance Manager and address any allocation discrepancies.
• Review the baseline project schedule and enhance procurement timing and delivery milestones in coordination with the project scheduler.
• Ensure suppliers fulfill contractual documentation obligations, including shipping documents, manufacturing reports, and certificates.
• Implement supplier quality assurance and expediting monitoring strategies.
• Maintain and refresh the vendor list and obtain client approval with the PEM and PD.
• Assist in contract and claim management activities, including vendor recovery efforts.
• Facilitate cross-functional procurement progress reviews and document the outcomes of meetings.
• Ensure adherence to quality and EHS standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for commercial, legal, administrative, and organizational procurement issues.
• Serve as the frontline leader for installation parts needed by project sites.
• Monitor project supply chain KPIs, including Estimate at Completion (EAC) and On-Time Delivery (OTD).
• Track the completeness and timely submission of technical specifications from the engineering team.
• Functionally report within the sourcing organization while maintaining close alignment with the Project Manager and/or Project Director.
• Coordinate with sub-functions across the Sourcing department to facilitate project execution.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of leadership or team coordination experience, suitable for a solid mid-level team leader role.
• At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or project management.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sourcing or project management position.
• Willingness and ability to travel 15% of the time, as necessary.
• Capability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
• Strategic thinking skills with the ability to devise and implement concrete action plans.
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
