This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Lead and oversee deployment initiatives across various countries and business units.
• Strategically plan and manage rollout activities, milestones, dependencies, and readiness for deployment.
• Collaborate with global program teams, local deployment entities, Business, IT, and Product divisions.
• Foster business and organizational preparedness for upcoming rollout phases.
• Monitor and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and necessary decisions.
• Ensure synchronization between global teams and local stakeholders throughout the deployment process.
• Assist in go-live preparations, deployment execution, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
• Maintain transparent status reporting and clear communication regarding progress and critical matters.
• Aid the Program Lead with PMO and governance activities related to the program.
• Prepare updates for management, decision papers, and presentations for the Steering Committee.
• Aggregate information from various workstreams and distill complex project topics into succinct management communications.
• Support governance meetings and follow up on decisions, actions, and outstanding issues.
• Proven experience as a Deployment Lead, Rollout Lead, Project Manager, or PMO in large international transformation initiatives.
• Background in global or multi-country deployments involving diverse business units and stakeholder groups.
• Strong understanding of deployment planning, readiness management, go-live preparation, and stabilization processes.
• Experience in Procurement, Demand-to-Pay, Source-to-Pay, or similar business processes is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with Supplier Onboarding processes.
• Experience in rolling out business applications or other solutions within a broader ERP transformation context is a plus.
• Excellent PMO and program coordination capabilities.
• Experience in preparing management reports and presentations for Steering Committees.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across Business, IT, global program teams, and local organizations.
• Well-organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a complex international program setting.
• Exceptional communication and coordination skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be located in the EU or Switzerland.
• Freelance contract.
• Remote work arrangement.
• Very occasional travel to Basel, Switzerland, approximately once per quarter.
