Project Manager, Web Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Successfully drive web projects to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and quality expectations are surpassed.

• Strategically plan and allocate resources, develop realistic timelines, and assign tasks within Asana.

• Utilize Asana and Jira to enhance project management, boost efficiency, and facilitate collaboration.

• Conduct project meetings, deliver status updates, encourage teamwork, address challenges, and mitigate risks.

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, adjusting project scope or timelines as necessary.

• Work closely with marketing stakeholders to gather requirements and pinpoint technical needs for web implementation.

• Maintain thorough project documentation within Asana.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure smooth project execution.

• Ensure transparent communication with stakeholders and swiftly address any concerns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in managing the delivery of web/digital projects within marketing, web production, marketing technology, or marketing operations.

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana, including backlog management, sprint setup, and cross-platform task tracking.

• Experience in working with AGILE methodology.

• Familiarity with AI tools that assist in project management, including scheduling, communication, and reporting.

• Exceptional interpersonal abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to identify risks and propose solutions.

• A positive attitude and a strong focus on meeting deadlines.

• Ability to thrive in a remote, independent work environment.

• Preferred: hands-on experience with content management systems, design tools like Figma, and user acceptance testing tools such as Usersnap and Proofpoint.
