Project Manager – Unified Visual Communications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Oversee all internal and external activities to implement designated service projects

• Manage multiple large to mid-sized projects along with additional smaller initiatives concurrently

• Organize internal and external project kick-off meetings and develop project timelines

• Arrange and conduct project status meetings as required

• Execute project job cost evaluations and tracking

• Deliver monthly project forecasts

• Assist and support the Sales team with project schedules and responses to RFPs

• Collaborate with vendors as needed

• Serve as the Single Point of Contact during project implementation

• Utilize industry expertise, experience, interpersonal skills, and administrative methods to synchronize cohesive visual communications solutions for clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a Project Management role within the AV/VC/Unified Communications field

• Capable of leading Project Teams to achieve specified success metrics

• PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification is preferred, though not mandatory

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving abilities

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership position

• Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks as necessary

• Willingness to undertake domestic travel that may involve multi-night stays within and occasionally outside the local area

• Some international travel may be required

• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record

• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings as mandated by current or future contracts
