Project Manager – Sales, Pharmacy Fit-Out

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Increase revenue within the pharmacy fit-out sector

• Proactively engage with pharmacy owners and pharmacists in the designated area to convert ongoing opportunities

• Perform layout analyses and gather measurements during client consultations

• Develop 2D space-planning layouts using AutoCAD

• Establish the customer journey strategy for the pharmacy

• Transition projects to the design office for 3D modeling and cost analysis

• Present comprehensive proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully close complete fit-out projects

• Serve as the primary contact for pharmacists until final project delivery, excluding day-to-day site management

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated senior-level experience in pharmacy fit-outs is essential

• Established network of pharmacy owners and pharmacy groups

• Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) is required

• Familiarity with building trades

• Understanding of pharmacy regulations

• High-level consultative skills

• Exceptional interpersonal abilities

• Strong technical rigor and meticulous attention to detail
