This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of tracking and resolving program action items across global delivery teams, overseeing schedules, responsible parties, and deadlines.
• Alert the Senior Manager about risks before they jeopardize commitments.
• Lead small to medium initiatives from start to finish, encompassing scoping, planning, stakeholder alignment, status updates, and formal completion.
• Provide project coordination and communication support, which includes trackers, reporting, meeting schedules, templates, and documentation of processes.
• Compose, revise, and disseminate internal communications through established channels.
• Manage the intake and information flow among teams, ensuring requests are properly routed, tracked, and resolved.
• Generate periodic reports on program health, action status, and initiative advancements for review by senior leadership and clients.
• Identify and execute enhancements to PMO processes, templates, and communication methods.
• Collaborate with delivery leads, Account Management, the VMO, and client stakeholders across a global, cross-functional organization.
• A Bachelor's degree with five or more years of experience in project management within corporate IT, managed services, or a similar service environment.
• Proven experience in a dedicated or embedded client support model.
• Experience in establishing a new team, function, or workstream, including creating trackers, schedules, and reporting mechanisms.
• Strong business writing skills, with experience in drafting communications for a global audience.
• Capability to communicate effectively across technical delivery teams, senior leadership, and client contacts within a matrixed organization.
• Ability to independently prioritize a diverse workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, AI tools, and work management or project tracking applications.
