Project Manager – PMO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate technology projects from inception to completion.

• Act as the main communication link between clients, project stakeholders, and internal technical teams.

• Develop and uphold project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities.

• Organize meetings, follow-ups, status updates, and action items among various stakeholders.

• Proactively detect and resolve risks, blockers, dependencies, and potential delays.

• Keep comprehensive and precise project documentation and reporting.

• Enable effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ensure consistent alignment on expectations, priorities, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

• Handle multiple projects and priorities concurrently.

• Maintain robust follow-up and accountability among teams and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or related roles, ideally in technology or software development settings.

• Strong skills in project organization, planning, and time management.

• Proven experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders at once.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Advanced / Professional English proficiency (B2–C1).

• Capability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong skills in follow-up and accountability.

• Proactive mindset in identifying and addressing risks, blockers, and dependencies.

• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting.

• Experience collaborating with distributed and international teams across various time zones.

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other project management methodologies.

• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
