Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and oversee clinical studies from initiation to completion.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables effectively.

• Act as the main liaison for clients and key stakeholders.

• Lead cross-functional project teams and synchronize activities across various departments.

• Identify potential project risks and establish strategies for risk mitigation.

• Ensure that projects adhere to relevant regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.

• Assist in business development efforts, including drafting proposals and participating in bid defenses as required.

• Provide regular updates on project status and financial forecasts to both internal and external parties.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Clinical Project Manager in the field of clinical research.

• A minimum of 2–3 years of experience specifically in dermatology clinical trials.

• Previous experience working with a Contract Research Organization (CRO) is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to manage study budgets, timelines, and maintain client relationships.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.

• Capacity to work efficiently in a remote and collaborative setting.

• Candidates must be located in the United States, with a preference for those in the West Coast region.
