Project Manager, Outside Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize products that align with clients' branded merchandise initiatives

• Prepare and deliver formal quotations to clients

• Create and process sales orders

• Evaluate and authorize invoices

• Review and dispatch proofs to clients for their approval

• Oversee daily project management to ensure timely delivery

• Facilitate issue resolution through to completion

• Place sample and specification orders requiring a factory purchase order

• Act as the primary contact for order inquiries during production

• Update the company CRM as necessary

• Assist with the daily management of a sales portfolio

• Collaborate with the Outside Sales team, Account Management team, CRO, and both internal and external partners

• Manage client projects from the placement of orders through to delivery

• Ensure clear communication with clients and keep projects on schedule

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• 2-3 years of experience in Promotional Products, Marketing, Sales, or a similar field

• Excellent verbal, written, and English communication abilities

• Willingness to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US business hours

• Exceptional attention to detail and effective follow-up skills

• Strong written communication and customer service expertise

• Positive and innovative mindset

• Advanced organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Experience in the Promotional Products sector is advantageous
