This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
β’ Provide support to the Operations and Sales teams by overseeing various elements of the document translation lifecycle.
β’ Assist with new interpretation requests and facilitate the processing of new orders.
β’ Aid the operations team in launching new projects.
β’ Initiate tasks for urgent requests.
β’ Pre-process files prior to delivery to translators, ensuring they are complete and well-organized.
β’ Perform post-production quality assurance checks and report any issues to project managers.
β’ Source translation teams, assign tasks, and track progress on behalf of the project manager.
β’ Prepare final delivery packages.
β’ Keep accurate and up-to-date project records.
β’ Collaborate with the operations team to align with client specifications.
β’ Manage project resources effectively.
β’ Assist the operations team with additional tasks, such as importing and exporting files.
β’ Monitor assigned projects to ensure vendor acceptance.
β’ Oversee group inboxes and direct emails to the appropriate personnel.
β’ Report any unaccepted or unassigned projects to department managers.
β’ Provide assistance with feasibility requests.
β’ Manage projects from start to finish to meet or exceed client expectations.
β’ Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.
β’ Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Capable of managing multiple demands, delays, or interruptions while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
β’ Show initiative, persistence, problem-solving skills, and a passion for learning.
β’ Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills using a professional tone and language.
β’ Be tactful and diplomatic, demonstrating a clear, straightforward, courteous, and cooperative manner when interacting with others.
β’ Detail-oriented, thorough, accurate, and able to work quickly and steadily with focus.
β’ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
β’ Exhibit creative thinking to readily provide client solutions.
β’ Previous internship or experience in a fast-paced office environment.
β’ Fluent in English.
β’ Fluency in an additional language is preferred but not mandatory.
β’ Ability to consistently stand and/or sit while meeting with team members.
β’ Ability to consistently operate a computer and other office productivity equipment.
β’ Ability to remember names and details effectively.
β’ Ability to maintain confidentiality of information that is confidential and proprietary to Questel or its clients.
