Project Manager – Non-Technical, Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Deliver project management assistance for enterprise data-focused initiatives

• Coordinate and oversee project activities, milestones, risks, and dependencies

• Facilitate user adoption and change management for new processes and reporting solutions

• Oversee report migration projects and track progress in relation to timelines

• Maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and action items

• Foster cross-functional communication among business and technical stakeholders

• Aid in issue resolution and risk mitigation activities

• Support Agile project delivery methodologies and ceremonies as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in supporting data-centric programs, reporting initiatives, or analytics projects

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities

• Experience in monitoring project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and established project management best practices

• Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities

• Required experience in the financial services or banking industry
