Project Manager – Multifamily

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist sales, operations, and production teams as directed by the Region President.

• Enhance business systems and boost process efficiency.

• Ensure precise and timely job costing throughout the organization.

• Act as a subject matter expert on system workflows.

• Deliver training and spearhead technology and process improvement initiatives.

• Examine contract scope, dollar amounts, value schedules, billing processes, bids, take-offs, plans, diagrams, drawings, and specifications.

• Monitor and track RFIs, ASIs, addendums, and project modifications.

• Prepare, review, and dispatch labor rate offers to subcontractors and extend approved offers in SAP.

• Collaborate with general contractor personnel on project requirements, schedules, procurement, delivery timelines, and labor needs.

• Participate in weekly job-site meetings, either virtually or in person.

• Create, price, submit, organize, and track change orders while adhering to approval processes.

• Establish project information, submittal logs, internal SOVs, cut-sheets, diagrams, and installation work orders.

• Confirm SAP community setup and coordinate lot kickoffs.

• Forecast monthly figures and adjust forecasts as necessary.

• Manage internal SOVs and coordinate monthly GC billing with Project Coordinators.

• Address customer issues, maintain availability and responsiveness, and cultivate customer relationships.

• Capability to review contracts, scopes of work, bids, take-offs, plans, diagrams, specifications, RFIs, ASIs, addendums, schedules, change orders, submittals, SOVs, and billing procedures.

• Proficiency in Excel.

• Familiarity with SAP, Procore, Textura, or GC Pay workflows.

• Ability to collaborate with account executives, project coordinators, operations managers, general contractors, project engineers, and site superintendents.

• Capacity to attend weekly job-site meetings, either virtually or in person.

• Skill in forecasting monthly figures and managing monthly GC billing.

• Ability to foster and maintain customer relationships.
