Project Manager – Microsoft Technologies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strategically plan and oversee various projects throughout their entire life cycle, adhering to approved Statements of Work and the Logicalis PMO methodology.

• Lead teams in IT Professional Services to deliver Microsoft technology solutions, including M365 migrations, Identity Services/Active Directory, CoPilot, InTune, and Security.

• Organize, schedule, and manage daily engagement activities utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.

• Supervise project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.

• Oversee the deliverables of third-party vendors or partners.

• Manage processes related to scope, budget, schedule, risks, issues, communications, and quality throughout the engagements.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, monitor milestones, analyze variances, and implement corrective measures.

• Develop communication plans for projects that outline meetings, status updates, and escalation procedures.

• Ensure that all deliverables align with Statement of Work requirements and achieve customer satisfaction.

• Document and disseminate lessons learned to facilitate continuous process enhancement.

• Stay informed about relevant technologies and the Logicalis Service Portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field along with formal training in Project Management.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise-level project management, handling multiple projects concurrently for various external clients and managing teams ranging from 1 to over 20 resources while delivering enterprise Microsoft service offerings.

• Proficient in using all Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.

• Experience with Project and/or PS business applications to effectively plan, manage, and report on project services delivered.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

• Additional certifications such as CAPM, SCRUM, Microsoft, and/or IT industry technical certifications are advantageous.
