Project Manager – Microsoft Technologies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strategically plan and oversee various projects throughout their entire life cycle in accordance with approved Statements of Work and the Logicalis PMO project delivery methodology.

• Lead IT Professional Services teams in delivering Microsoft technology solutions, including M365 migrations, Identity Services/Active Directory, CoPilot, InTune, and Security.

• Plan, schedule, and manage daily engagement activities utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.

• Direct project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.

• Oversee the deliverables of third-party vendors and partners in collaboration with vendor project managers.

• Manage project processes, resource allocation, workflow, tools, and adherence to policies.

• Control project scope and spearhead change management along with Project Change Requests.

• Oversee project budgets, invoices, and Earned Value management.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, track milestones, analyze variances, and implement corrective measures.

• Identify, document, and mitigate project risks and issues effectively.

• Create and manage project communication plans, status reports, meetings, and escalations.

• Ensure that deliverables align with Statement of Work requirements and meet customer expectations.

• Document and disseminate lessons learned to foster continuous process improvement.

• Stay updated on relevant technologies, Logicalis service offerings, and IT terminology.

• Advocate for Logicalis’s mission and organizational values.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field along with formal Project Management Training.

• An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.

• Minimum of 5 years of enterprise-level project management experience.

• Proven experience in managing multiple projects concurrently for various external clients.

• Experience leading teams ranging from 1 to over 20 resources.

• Background in delivering enterprise Microsoft service offerings.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.

• Familiarity with Project and/or professional services business applications for planning, managing, and reporting on project services rendered.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

• CAPM, SCRUM, Microsoft, and/or IT industry technical certifications are advantageous.
