Project Manager – Microsoft Technologies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee several Microsoft technology projects concurrently, from the planning and kickoff phases through execution, delivery, and finalization.

• Direct internal technical teams, customer stakeholders, and third-party vendors or partners.

• Develop and uphold project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocations.

• Regulate project scope as defined in Statements of Work (SOWs) and guide change management when new scopes arise.

• Track project budgets, invoicing, Earned Value, risks, issues, and corrective measures.

• Create and manage communications with customers and stakeholders, including status updates, project meetings, and escalations.

• Apply Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies as relevant.

• Ensure that project deliverables are validated, completed per the SOW, and fulfill customer expectations.

• Lead numerous enterprise-level Microsoft technology projects throughout the entire project life cycle.

• Implement Microsoft solutions such as M365 migrations, Identity Services/Active Directory, Copilot, Intune, Security, and associated technologies.

• Plan, schedule, and manage budgets and scope to guarantee successful delivery on time and within financial limits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of enterprise-level project management experience handling multiple projects simultaneously for various external clients.

• Proven track record in delivering enterprise Microsoft service offerings, including M365 migrations, Identity Services/Active Directory, Copilot, Intune, Security, or similar Microsoft technologies.

• Experience in managing project teams consisting of 1 to over 20 resources.

• Strong understanding of project scope, schedule, budget, risk, issues, communications, and quality management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.

• Familiarity with project and/or professional services business applications used for planning, managing, and reporting on project delivery.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field along with formal Project Management training; equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant experience may be accepted.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

• Certifications such as CAPM, Scrum, Microsoft, and/or IT industry technical certifications are advantageous.
