This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support the management of all phases of publication projects from their initiation to completion.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams effectively.
• Collaborate with every department within the organization.
• Fulfill client and management expectations consistently.
• Cultivate strong relationships with faculty members.
• Ensure programs remain on track and within established parameters.
• Develop, oversee, and adjust project budgets as necessary.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers.
• Keep programs on schedule and aligned with primary goals.
• Provide continuous updates to internal team members and client representatives.
• Oversee project resources efficiently.
• Build and sustain relationships with clients and faculty.
• Maintain prompt and professional written and verbal communication.
• Guarantee that client expectations are met throughout program initiatives.
• Stay informed about client organizations, products, disease states, and publications.
• Contribute to initiatives for new business development.
• Organize and lead project start-up, interim, and final meetings with the team.
• Establish and uphold timelines and event schedules.
• Ensure project performance aligns with budget, timing, and strategic objectives.
• Take ownership of daily account work details.
• Oversee and facilitate the development of project activities.
• Assist in training new members of the account team.
• Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of three to five years of relevant project management experience in a publications setting is required.
• Ability to understand and retain scientific information effectively.
• Strong technical proficiency is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience with publication management platforms, such as iEnvision/Datavision and PubStrat.
• Outstanding communication abilities.
• Proven track record of successfully leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong skills in financial management.
• Highly organized, capable of multitasking, and prioritizing effectively.
• Willingness and ability to inspire and motivate others.
